1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. LICENSE DEFINITIONS
BASIC LICENSE: Grants you non-exclusive rights to use the beat for non-commercial purposes only. You may use the beat for demos, mixtapes, and non-profit projects. Limited to 10,000 streams. Credit to the producer is required.
PREMIUM LICENSE: Grants you non-exclusive rights to use the beat for commercial purposes. You may distribute your song on all major platforms, radio, and one music video. Limited to 500,000 streams. Credit to the producer is appreciated but not required.
EXCLUSIVE LICENSE: Grants you full exclusive rights to the beat. The beat will be removed from our store permanently. You receive all files including stems. Unlimited streams and usage. Full copyright transfer included.
3. USAGE RIGHTS
Upon purchase, you are granted a license to use the beat according to the license type selected. This is NOT a transfer of copyright ownership unless you purchase an Exclusive License with copyright transfer.
You MAY:
- Use the beat to create a new song
- Distribute your song according to license terms
- Perform your song publicly
- Register your song with a PRO (with proper splits for non-exclusive)
You MAY NOT:
- Resell, lease, or give away the beat
- Claim the beat as your own production
- Use the beat in more songs than your license allows
- Transfer your license to another person
- Use for illegal or defamatory content
4. DELIVERY
All purchases are delivered digitally via instant download. You will also receive an email with download links. Download links remain active for 30 days. Contact support if you need files re-sent.
5. PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. Prices are in USD. Sales tax may apply based on your location. All prices are subject to change without notice.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All beats remain the intellectual property of the producer until an Exclusive License with copyright transfer is purchased. The underlying composition and production rights are retained by the producer for all non-exclusive licenses.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for how you use the beats after purchase. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with your license terms. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of our beats.
8. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
